Addis Buildcon PLC seeks a creative and results-oriented Marketer to join our team and help us develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that are aligned with our overall marketing strategy
Create high-quality marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters
Manage our social media presence and engage with our audience
Analyze marketing data to track the performance of our campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
creating engaging and informative content that captures the attention of our target audience
Analyzing marketing data to measure the success of our campaigns and make improvements
Manage marketing budget
Oversee marketing team
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
1 year of experience in marketing
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
