Job Description
Adika Taxi, a leading ride hailing company, is seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented General Manager to oversee all aspects of our new bussiness unit. The General Manager will be
responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational
excellence, fostering a high-performing team, and maintaining compliance
with all relevant medical and regulatory standards. This role requires a
strong understanding of the medical industry, exceptional leadership
skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
- Develop and implement the overall strategic plan and vision of the company in alignment with the company's overarching goals.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and expansion strategies within the medical sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt business strategies.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS).
- Ensure efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee the maintenance of necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across various functions (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, quality, regulatory).
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
