Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against targets.
Manage and mentor the finance team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Utilize and maintain Peachtree accounting software for financial management.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Manage the factory's assets and ensure proper control.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.
More than 5 years of experience in a responsible financial department within a factory/manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Peachtree accounting software.
Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
