Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee the customer relations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and customer relations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior.
