Conduct monthly financial close activities, including pre-close and post-close profit & loss analysis, highlighting key variances.
Prepare internal management reports and assist in strategic financial planning.
Support budgeting processes by gathering inputs, conducting variance analyses, and ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
Monitor general overhead cost center budgets, tracking expenditures against allocated budgets.
Assist in managing financial models and providing insights for investment decisions.
Support financial accounting processes, including monthly accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and internal financial policies.
Assist in balance sheet hygiene and risk analysis for accruals and provisions.
Prepare quarterly financial performance reports, including liquidity, gearing, and operational efficiency assessments.
Maintain SAP master data, ensuring accuracy in customer, vendor, material, and general ledger records.
Generate and analyze key financial metrics such as working capital reports (stock days, debtor days, payable days).
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and risk management frameworks.
Support audits and internal control processes by providing accurate financial documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
