Draft and prepare letters, memos, and other documents in Amharic and English.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments and answering phones.
Assist with documentation related to import/export activities (if applicable).
Work within a single window environment (if applicable).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Services, Management Information System, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for degree holders.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for diploma holders.
Experience working in import/export business.
Experience working in a single window environment.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
Proficient in drafting professional correspondence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
