Manage and oversee all project accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all construction projects.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for project accounting.
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or variances.
Prepare and analyze project financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Manage and lead the project accounting team, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial management of projects.

Education and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a project accounting role within a construction company.
Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
Proven experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
Proficient computer skills, including accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
