Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
Oversee and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and communication.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least three (2) years in a supervisory role.
