Strategic Planning & Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the General Service Division.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Oversight:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of general services, including facilities management, procurement, logistics, and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of organizational facilities and equipment.
Resource Management:
Develop and manage the division's budget.
Procure and manage necessary resources and supplies.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of general service staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Relationship Management:
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Handle general service related problem solving.
Education and Experience
MA/BA Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in general services management.
