Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
Process employee paperwork, including new hire documents, transfers, and terminations.
Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
Help to maintain a positive work environment.
Assist with the coordination of training programs.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
