Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the front office team, including reception, concierge, and switchboard.

  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.

  • Train and mentor front office staff on customer service standards and procedures.

  • Monitor and maintain front office systems and equipment, including property management software.

  • Manage room inventory and reservations, optimizing occupancy and revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on front office activities.

  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures.

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.



Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a front office role.

  • Proficiency in property management software (PMS) is mandatory.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.  

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
