Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
Train and mentor front office staff on customer service standards and procedures.
Monitor and maintain front office systems and equipment, including property management software.
Manage room inventory and reservations, optimizing occupancy and revenue.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on front office activities.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a front office role.
Proficiency in property management software (PMS) is mandatory.
