Job Description
Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a wide range of legal issues.
Develop and implement legal strategies and policies.
Manage and oversee litigation and other legal proceedings.
Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Manage a team of legal professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Oversee the work of outside counsel, as needed.
Manage the legal budget.
Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.
Report to senior management on legal matters.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
LLM/LLB Degree in Law.
5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
