Job Description
Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts.
Publish financial statements on time.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
3 years of Work experience as an Accountant.
Applying all necessary requirements for the Ministry of Revenue under the company name.
Apply for the VAT report.
Apply for pension and employee tax.
Prepare a cost sheet.
Prepare stock balance with the store.
prepare for yearly tax settlement with the Ministry of Revenue.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Peachtree.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint)
