Job Description
Supervise and coordinate production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production records and generate reports on key metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to resolve production-related issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Train and mentor production staff.
Manage inventory of materials and supplies related to production.
Contribute to production planning and scheduling.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and principles.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate production staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
