Job Description

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of accounts and tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for according to GAAP.

• Review construction contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment and adherence to project budgets.

• Collaborate with project managers to analyze financial performance and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
