Manage and maintain executive schedules and appointments
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents
Organize and coordinate meetings and events
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Assist with special projects as needed
Education and Experience
TVET L-3/Diploma/BA in Secretarial Science & Office Management, IT, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong documentation skills
