Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, faxes).  

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper functioning.

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both physical and electronic).

  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.


Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • University degree or professional diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in office management for degree holders.

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in office management for diploma holders.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.  

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
