Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's strategic objectives.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee separation.
Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
Develop and implement employee relations programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Lead and mentor the HR team.
Utilize and maintain the ERP system for HR related functions.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically in HR modules.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Experience in managing budgets and resources.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
