Job Description
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to closeout.
Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Manage project risks and issues.
Prepare and submit project reports.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
MSc./B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management.
Minimum of 16 years of experience in building construction.
Minimum of 14 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar leadership role within the building construction industry.
Mandatory experience working for construction companies.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
