Job Description

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).

• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux server environments.

• knowledge of network security best practices and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware/software issues, including remote troubleshooting.

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant industry certifications.

• Configure, manage, and monitor LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Plan and execute network installations and expansions, including hardware and software upgrades, server setups, and cabling infrastructure.

• Provide Tier 1–3 support for internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.

• Implement and maintain security protocols, performing periodic audits to safeguard data integrity.

• Create and maintain network diagrams, system documentation, and IT support knowledge bases.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and offer recommendations to enhance network performance and reliability.

• Experience working with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.

• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
