Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing necessary paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Provide support to employees on HR-related issues.
Assist with the planning and execution of employee training programs.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
At least one year of experience in a Human Resources role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
