Test raw milk quality for acceptance
Provide advice for farmer on handling of milk.
maintain legal compliance.
Coordinate milk collection activity.
Ensure Milk cooling facility run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain record of Daily quality and Quantity of milk collected.
Ensure and assist general cleaning of the area, wash down bays, walls and complete general cleaning as needed.
Understand and comply with all QC/Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential issues to MCP QC.
Report Daily operation to MCP QC.
Maintain good relationship with Supplier .
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Post-harvest technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, Dairy Technology and Applied Chemistry.
have a proven experience in milk testing and collection.
Strong work ethic, willing to work long hours during busy seasons.
Integrity and a positive attitude.
Passionate about serving smallholder farmers.
