Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Prepare and distribute project reports and presentations.
Manage document control systems and ensure proper filing and retrieval of project documents.
Coordinate with subcontractors on project schedules, deliveries, and any necessary changes.
Assist in resolving any subcontractor disputes or issues.
Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
Assist in conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress.
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
Track project progress and identify any potential delays.
Assist in contract negotiations and administration.
Prepare and process payment applications.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
