Job Description

  • Coordinate property-related activities, including lease agreements, property inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related documents, including leases, permits, and insurance.

  • Assist in the budgeting and tracking of property-related expenses.

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, as needed.


Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 9-10 years of relevant work experience in property management, administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Amharic, English, or Afaan Oromo.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
