Coordinate property-related activities, including lease agreements, property inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related documents, including leases, permits, and insurance.
Assist in the budgeting and tracking of property-related expenses.
Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, as needed.
Education and Experience
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
9-10 years of relevant work experience in property management, administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Amharic, English, or Afaan Oromo.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
