Develop and implement strategies for the sustainable management and conservation of natural resources, including soil, water, forests, and biodiversity.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of natural resource management projects.
Conduct assessments of natural resource conditions and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement best practices for sustainable agriculture and land use.
Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable resource use.
Prepare reports and presentations on natural resource management activities.
Manage and mentor a team of natural resource specialists.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in natural resource management and conservation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Engineering, Soil & Water Conservation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in natural resource management, particularly in rural areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
