Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance bonuses, and insurance plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across all departments.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources within a construction company.
At Least half of the required work experience should be from a construction organization.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
