Job Description
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing IT team.
Define and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure and systems.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
Provide technical leadership and support to all departments within the organization.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related field.
6+ years of experience in IT management roles.
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and projects effectively.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
Experience with core insurance system implementations is a strong advantage.
