Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Assist with budget preparation and analysis.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support to the Head of Finance on various financial matters.
Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
Manage a team of accountants and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Master/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
5-8 years of experience in an Accounting/Financial leadership role within a construction company or organization.
Strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices within the construction industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Required Skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
