Develop and implement comprehensive insurance programs to mitigate risks across all company operations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential insurance needs.
Negotiate and procure insurance policies from reputable insurers, ensuring competitive premiums and adequate coverage.
Manage insurance claims, including liaising with insurance companies and gathering necessary documentation.
Monitor insurance policies for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, claims, and related documentation.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on insurance-related matters.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes in the insurance field.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant work experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
Experience in the transport industry is highly advantageous.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
