Coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve potential issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management (COTM)
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
