Job Description
Inspect incoming raw materials and components for defects and conformance to specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Conduct in-process inspections and final product inspections.
Perform various quality control tests, including dimensional checks, functional tests, and visual inspections.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain quality control records and documentation.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Work with production teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Train production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software.
Required Skills
