Job Description
Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
Analyze branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies.
Monitor and supervise daily branch operations.
Prepare reports and analyses on branch performance.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Assess branch needs and recommend solutions.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or finance.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
