Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Continuously analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
Prioritize workplace safety and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs.
Identify and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in managing production operations in a manufacturing industry (form-work, plastic, or similar).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control techniques.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
