Job Description
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Support audit activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and implement audit recommendations.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
Provide financial support to projects, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
Manage cash flow, ensure timely payments, and optimize working capital.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
