Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Take and relay messages accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Input data into relevant systems and databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Undertake other administrative tasks as required to support the team's objectives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a secretary or receptionist.
Language Proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic, English, and Oromiffa.
Strong grammatical knowledge in all three languages.
