Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls.

  • Take and relay messages accurately.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Input data into relevant systems and databases.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required to support the team's objectives.


Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a secretary or receptionist.

  • Language Proficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic, English, and Oromiffa.

  • Strong grammatical knowledge in all three languages.
