Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to stakeholders.
Perform project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
