Present clear and actionable updates to the Board of Directors on progress and challenges.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within Ethiopia and neighboring regions.
Target key sectors such as banking, telecom, government, and SMEs to drive client acquisition.
Develop strategies for retaining clients and ensuring long-term business relationships.
Strengthen collaborations with current partners like Ethio Telecom, data center providers, and enterprise clients to maximize mutual benefits.
Work closely with partners to align strategies, streamline operations, and enhance service delivery.
Identify and establish alliances with leading technology providers and organizations to expand ZERGAW Cloud’s ecosystem and sell opportunities.
Oversee the creation of innovative, high-quality cloud solutions tailored to the Ethiopian market’s specific needs.
Ensure products remain affordable and accessible to a broader customer base without compromising quality.
Regularly assess and refine the product portfolio to address emerging technological trends and client demands.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Ensure effective financial planning and control mechanisms.
Maintain operational efficiency in service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead impactful marketing campaigns to strengthen ZERGAW Cloud’s position as a trusted provider of cloud services.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to boost visibility and attract new business opportunities.
Foster brand loyalty by ensuring superior customer experience and engagement.
Build and manage a high-performing team aligned with ZERGAW Cloud’s values and goals.
Inspire and develop employees to maximize their potential and contribute to company success.
Implement effective performance management systems to track progress and optimize team productivity.
Education and Experience
MBA or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on ICT or tech industries.
Experience in serving as agent or account manager for international technology companies.
Proven track record in driving client acquisition and achieving significant market expansion.
Demonstrated success in optimizing and leveraging partnerships for business growth.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of the Ethiopian tech business landscape, ICT trends and cloud services.
Familiarity with Information Technology and Cloud Ecosystem.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in negotiation and partnership management.
Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Commitment to high ethical standards and transparency.
Fluency in English and Amharic is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel and represent ZERGAW Cloud in various capacities.
