As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.
Manage the on boarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
Support career development initiatives to help employees achieve their goals.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related databases.
Generate reports to support decision-making and HR strategy
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
