Job Description
Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligning it with industry trends and market dynamics.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including distribution, retail, wholesale trade of rebar, construction materials, electronics/electric waste management, and other related activities.
Drive revenue growth, optimize cost efficiency, and ensure profitability.
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or trading industry.
Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and analytical skills
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in rebar and construction materials
