As an Operation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our last-mile delivery services. Your responsibilities will include:
Fleet Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
Route Optimization: Developing efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Driver Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Customer Service: Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory control and tracking of packages and parcels.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, sales and Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in last-mile delivery.
Proficient in using logistics software and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
