Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist with marketing activities, such as preparing presentations, organizing events, and distributing marketing materials.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.
