Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial management policies, and donor financial manuals.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure they are within the approved budget.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with project staff to provide financial insights and support.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and financial reports for donors and SCV, in accordance with donor guidelines.
Provide training and support to project staff on financial management practices.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience for Degree and 5 Years’ Experience for Masters in accounting or financial management, preferably in an international NGO.
Strong understanding of Gov’t financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated work experience with financial software and reporting tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
