Preparing the pre-shipment documents for export and Import shipments and arrangement of their filling with customs authorities.
Responsible for handling post-shipment documents like Bill of loading / Airway Bill, GSP/certificate of origin, Bill of exchange, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificates, Health certificates, and their submission to the Banks, and buyers.
Arranging all payments received against export shipment or advance payments against export.
Coordination with other government or non-government agencies for getting the document issued, Verified, legalized etc.
Coordination with the packaging department to ensure proper packing of goods, as per the standard/according to buyer’s requirements.
Coordination with warehouse/Factory for smooth and timely stuffing /dispatch of the export goods.
Follow-ups with local suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of the packing materials.
Handling the bill of Custom House Agent/Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines, Transporter etc.
Responsible for voucher clearance and renewing yearly bases voucher scheme.
Responsible for money depositing refunds from service-giving government or non-government agencies.
Follow-up repatriation by collaboration with the Import and Export Executive
Responsible for closing pending issues at the customs office, national bank and other offices related to export and import transactions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Related Filled
Minimum 3 Years of Experience
