Accurately record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
Handle payroll preparation, including salary calculations and statutory deductions.
Manage tax filings and ensure timely submission of tax reports.
Oversee pension management and reporting in compliance with relevant laws.
Document and manage expenditures, ensuring proper supporting documentation is maintained.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and donor requirements.
Assist in donor reporting and support the audit process.
Maintain and update accounting records using QuickBooks and Peachtree Accounting systems.
Education and Experience
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of direct relevant work experience in accounting and financial management.
Knowledge and experience in IPSAS and donor reporting requirements.
Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Peachtree Accounting systems.
