Job Description
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
Perform regular audits, inspections, and tests to ensure standards are met.
Analyze quality data and work with teams to solve problems and make improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
Mentor and guide the quality control team, encouraging continuous improvement.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and ISO 9001 standards.
Prepare and share quality reports with senior management.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Plastic Technology from a well-regarded university.
MBA preferred, with at least 4 years of experience in a quality control leadership role, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
Experience in quality control within the plastic manufacturing industry (PVC/HDPE).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
Leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
