Job Description
Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Assist with audits and tax filings.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction accounting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
