Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Resolve project-related problems and conflicts efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Collaborate with clients to establish project goals and expectations.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
Strong understanding of contract administration and dispute resolution.
Required Skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
