Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, schedule, and budget.

• Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.

• Monitor project progress and
  identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive steps to address them.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with vendors and subcontractors.

• Oversee project closeout and handover processes.
