Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, schedule, and budget.
Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitor project progress and
identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive steps to address them.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with vendors and subcontractors.
Oversee project closeout and handover processes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the building construction sector.
At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Strong understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
Communication
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Experience in risk management and dispute resolution.
