Job Description

  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track financial performance against project goals.

  • Prepare financial reports and analyses to inform decision-making and identify potential risks or issues.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams to facilitate timely payments and invoicing.

  • Recruit, select, and onboard qualified personnel for project teams.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to project requirements.

  • Manage employee relations, address performance issues, and provide support for employee development and training.

  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration.


Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, HRM, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
