Job Description
Develop and implement F&B strategies and policies in alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage F&B budgets, costs, and profitability to maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Monitor and evaluate F&B operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Degree in Food Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
Required Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
